I was looking through my newly aquired poetry text book and found this little number. To me it states very well a point that we Satanist hold dear. The fact that we are simply animals...beautiful, strong, sexual animals, and no matter how hard "divine individuals" try. They can never truly rid themselves of their carnal desires. Simply put: At the end of the day, Satan always wins.

The Pope's Penis

It hangs deep in his robes, a delicate
clapper at the center of a bell.
It moves when he moves, a ghostly fish in a
halo of silver seaweed, the hair
swaying in the dark and the heat -- at night,
while his eyes sleep, it stands up
in praise of God.
