- My name is Andrew, I'm16 and I'm a Satanist (obviously) living in Northern Ireland, UK.
I've been studying Satanism for around 5 years (since I was 11). I've looked into most denominations, seeking various interpretations of "Satan" and "Satanism", from which I can draw up my own interpretation. I am currently a member of the Society of Shadows.
I like studying things worthwhile knowing. I'm into Vampirism, Music (particularly Black Metal), Film (particularly Gothic Fantasy/Horror), playing drums, piano and a bit of Bass guitar.

Diabolic Dilema

Marcus Aurelius was a Pagan stoic, and he said exactly what you have hinted, that the deity is in your own mind, and conscious. You should continue to study. Pagans did not worship the idol itself, but the symbol of the idol, the spiritual meaning, which applied in some way to human life, spirit, or conscious being. Thus it is very real any way you look at it, be it Satanic, Christian, Pagan, Islamic, or Judaism. All believe in the similar concept in some form.
