MySatan Rules and Policies

These are the MySatan.net site Policies. All members are required to adhere to these policies. Not adhering to these policies can and will result in your profile being banned. If you wish to have your profile reinstated, contact the site administrator. If your profile is removed from the banned list, you are given 24 hours to make the necessary changes. Not making the necessary changes will result in being placed back on the banned list permanently.

• No public images depicting graphic nudity. Due to new policies in place January 1st, 2009 established by Ning.com, where MySatan is hosted, we can not allow adult oriented material. For more information, view THIS THREAD.
• This is NOT a Porno Network. Do not post lude, nude or sexually inappropriate images as your profile avatar picture. You WILL be banned upon registration.
• MySatan.net will not tolerate Pedophilia, child pornography, or animal cruelty. Any comments, images, or otherwise will result in immediate banning of your profile.
• Any member of this Social Network suspected of engaging in conversations with minors that are sexual in nature, lude/crude, or deemed inappropriate, that member will be banned immediately. That person may face legal prosecution if required.
• Stalking and/or harassing of fellow users of this network will not be tolerated. Violation will result in banning from MySatan.
• No threats to personal well-being, or property. This includes Death Threats, hacking, cracking, spying, vandalism, etc. Violation of this will result in banning.
• NO POSTING of falsified information with intent of defamation. If you wish to post something defacing of another person or group, then back it up with information, and/or facts.
• MySatan.net is not a forum for anti-racial activities. This site does not, nor will ever, support Neo-Nazi, KKK, or any other hate mongering group. MySatan is not a representative of such groups.
• Please do not promote websites or networks except where allowed, such as the forum under "Recommended Websites", or your personal Profile.
• No Spamming Users.
• Please keep the preaching of Jesus, or God, off of MySatan. We do not go to your Christian Networks and preach Satan. Show us the same respect.
• Discussions on the forum should be kept mature. If a flame war persists to the point of becoming out of control, it will be closed to discussion from further posts.
• Keep discussions where they belong. There is a structure to the forums for a reason. If you feel that there is a missing "area" of discussion, inform me and I will rectify that.
• Intergroup wars WILL NOT spill out over MySatan.net. If you are a member of one group and have issues with another, keep it in particular threads, or take it private. MySatan.net is NOT a battlefield for warring factions.

MySatan.net does not, nor will ever, have an "age requirement". We are NOT babysitters. Censorship STARTS and ENDS at home. If you feel that your child should not be viewing this website, then I recommend you, the parent, learn how to block web content. I, nor anyone else on this network, are responsible for your children. It is the parents DUTY to ensure they do what is viewed as appropriate within the household. DO NOT assume that someone else is responsible for the welfare of your child. Welcome to Parenting 101.

However, I work very hard to maintain a level of decorum and professionalism within the presentation of this website. I ensure that individuals of questionable nature are stopped cold in their tracks. That is why there are the policies of this website in place. Keep in mind that I can only do so much. Inform me when someone violates these policies. Especially when inappropriate behavior, and/or activity takes place.

MySatan.net will not be held responsible by the comments, blogs and forum postings made by its members. This is an open Social Network for its members to voice their opinions, ideas and beliefs. At times, those opinions, ideas and beliefs may clash with other peoples. It is up to the individuals in question to find a manageable method to quell there issues. The Administrators of MySatan.net are not mediators. It is not up to them to quell your problems. If it does come down to the Administrator(s) to step in, members will be told to cease, or face banning.

Members of MySatan.net, nor its administration, are against any lifestyle, or sexual orientation. However, this network is NOT for those that wish to express nothing but perverse sexual desires. I understand the excitement of sexual expression, but this site was intended for conversation of an intellectual level. Members that violate the policies will be banned immediately. Members that invite others into the network that violate these policies will also be banned. I have established a zero tolerance for those that purposefully disregard the policies.

We have members ranging in age. However, we try to keep a minimum of 15 years old. No younger. Regardless of age, though, no one wants to see some leather clad moron being treated like a "pig slave". That "shit" is meant to be private. Why not KEEP it that way.
