In the book, we more or less tied two approaches together.

The first was the "Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel" advocated by Abramelin and Crowley, but recognizing this "Guardian Angel" as equivalent to the personal Daimon of the ancient Greeks, the personal Genius of the Romans, the Aumakua of Huna and so on. So, that opened the door to a wider variety of cultural rituals and techniques.

Second, we recognized the relationship between what we came to call the Daemon and the Superconscious of Psychosynthesis - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychosynthesis - which gave us an entire other set of techniques.

So, in developing what we came to call Daemonic Integration, we were able to formulate some key invocations by combining ritual with NLP patterns and more conventional psychological techniques.

The model was just as important as the techniques, though, as it was the model that actually provided the techniques (as explained above). So, some additional questions might be: What is your model/expectation of the Spiritual Dimension? What do you specifically want from it? And what does it want from you?

Light a candle some incense,and meditate for a hour or so. I always go into deep sleep,and see things i need to see.

Meditation; if am lucky it actually works. I have a hard time concentrating lately. Sex works too. :)

well i could see spirits since i was a kid. I'm pretty psychic as well. Also if your around me long enough i emit alot energy. I do energy work everyday .

I see things a lot like faces and eyes looking at me. And in my dreams and when I close my eyes I've seen a lot of weird things I can't explain.
