It's amusing how much our TV brain washes us on a daily basis. Not only has it been brain washing us from an early age, but so it continues to do so even into adulthood. One of my main problems with women is that the almighty TV says that only a well off man is capable of bringing you happiness and "security", then your mom beats that into your skull until you're married to one. The almighty TV tells men that you're a puny piece of shit unless you have a six pack and big arms, and that women are objects. So the mindless masses, and sometimes even us of a Satanic Mind, are coaxed into believing these trappings. I was guilty of it too when Hollywood made Pitt that male standard, I wanted to have the pool boy physique and be admired by women. Then I realized it was just the thing to do to maintain a good healthy body. Fuck what anyone else thinks!

The TV cons women so well into thinking the same crap. advertisement has gotten so good that it will actually change the number of womens' pant sizes to make them think they are fitting into a skinnier jean! Hell yeah they'll buy that shit if it says it makes them skinnier! Men will buy shit that makes them irresistible to women like fancy cologne. I used to buy AXE deodorant because I really thought that it would help me get chicks without any actual results. I found that Old Spice is the real deal, you will smell like a MAN should smell! Do you see how clouded with bull shit the TV is?

Materialism is the new bible with TV preaching it's message. We of a Satanic mind should be above this BS!

Far too many Satanists believe 99% of what the tv tells them. We hould be able to view it, yet see through the B/S.
BTW, if you do not eat McDonald's, you're not cool. If you're a female, and you havent been a rapper's 'ho, you are a racist. If you actually think for yourself and can see through the manipulation,,,you are a threat & you are the enemy.

By and large, the most dangerous drug on the market, television.
The generation that proceeded me called TV "the idiot box". As a child I thought that to be a little harsh. Today, I do not question that pearl of wisdom.
Do I watch it? Yes. In very small selective doses. Mostly baseball or hockey.
I believe that television has done more to numb the masses than anything Big Brother could have hoped for back in the day. You want to have a laugh? Start a conversation in your workplace about something that is going on in the world of some importance. Watch the eyes glaze over, and then see how long it takes for someone to change the conversation to something that happened on "American Idol" or Dancing with The Stars" last night.
As for the Satanist, Any Satanist that's worth their salt should see this monster coming a mile away and not be led by the nose by it.

a perfect example of this what comes to mind is that movie, love dont cost a thing, when the nerdy pool boy was ignored and ridiculed by the popular clique, because he didnt measure up to their image of cool and how he was practicly invisible to the girl he liked to the point he had to resort to paying her to be seen with him, so that the other popular kids would notice and accept him by association. in a way this ties into my recent post in that society says everyone has value and should be treated as such, but at the same time give the message through the medium of in this case film that if a person doesnt belong within a given group mind that person is to be shunned and ridiculed. this is why a society as a whole has no place to dictate standards of decency, because they contradict those very standards they claim to hold to, in reality they pay only lip service to those standards. but back to the topic at hand. television and movies are propoganda tools. apart from a couple and certain shows i dont turn the thing on.

Google 'Can't Buy Me Love', 1987, Patrick Dempsy and LiL Hotttie Amanda Petersen.

7. Forgetfulness of Past Orthodoxies - Be aware that this is one of the keys to brainwashing people into accepting something new and different, when in reality it's something that was once widely accepted but is now presented in a new package. We are expected to rave about the genius of the creator and forget the original. This makes for a disposable society.

TV will dictate to those that allow it to. I enjoy good fantasy and Sci-Fi. One, the underlying messages in good writing (Harlan Ellison, Babylon 5, etc). However, it also seems that many youthful minds rely on TV fantasy to dictate history. I recall back when I started being in Chat rooms on a regular basis, and a lot of "kids" hopped in thinking they were experts on Mythology thanks to Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, or Xena: Warrior Princess. A more modern one would be the BBC show, now on NBC, Merlin. First off, it takes WAY to many liberties with the legends, which are just that...legends.

Either way, pop media and television are entertainment only. Even "educational" television is just entertainment. Once a person looks at it as such, and doesn't try to extract more than what the general worth of the show is, then all is fine. Hell, the biggest fantasy films of all time are NOT Lord of the Rings, but any "High School" movie where the nerd, or "loser" suddenly becomes popular and the boy of her dreams, or girl in some cases, falls in love with them. Sorry folks, IT DON"T HAPPEN!

Television is nothing more than a means to temporarily escape reality into a "fun little fantasy", to simply relax and let the hassles of the day go away for just a little bit. There is NOTHING wrong with that. It is when you see the little old ladies screaming into the TV at some gal to "Not walk into that room, your husband is kissing the maid!" while watching her afternoon soaps. Hold on, reality is calling. It wants you to come back.

If that is true, I sure remember living the fantasy in high school. Of course thats not all it is cracked up to be either. People are the way they are for a reason, and being popular and having so called friends won't fix the underlying reason, just like no amount of going to church and praying is going to make me a Christian, even if I am doing all the outward signs.

"Old Spice is the real deal"

My dad was an Old Spice man, but Aspen has always been good to me.

After I moved out I didn't bother subscribing to cable TV, and I really didn't miss it. I don't watch it now very often either, and I don't have any favorite shows that I try to watch.

I have not eaten McDonalds for a couple of years. I eat my mom's home cooked food. Our family used to occasionally go to restaurants but now that I think about it, it's been home cooked meals with occasional fried chicken and hotwings. I am 6 ft. tall, and weight 150 lbs. I usually watch Comedy Central and Cartoon Network and Adult Swim. I also watch many of the documentary channels. I rarely use deodorant but I take showers everyday. I use cologne if I had to which cost way more than AXE and lasted over a year. My school consists of neither jocks nor preps or nerds, we have the Jews, the Russians, the African Americans (ahem), and some other stereotypical groups. I want a pool boy's body so I can kick ass in karate and satisfy my other natural appetites. My point: telling people to be above the BS of TV is in a way paradoxical. Plus, you can learn from TV all the advertising techniques and propaganda.

You can learn from TV. With a very select group of channels such as FLN, Food Network, History channel, Discovery,TLC, National Geographic and other such learning channels. The TV only tells you what certain people want you to hear. Learning is a rare event when watching TV. If I want to know about Politics, I'll read a book and make up my own damn mind.
