I have considered the issue that the 13yr old was a fake profile. And worse yet, to pose a threat to the sanctity of the network. My guess is the individual behind the profile would have made motions towards individuals on this site, and would then turn around to report the site to Ning, and the proper authorities.

I have allowed peoples as young as yourself into the network simply because I feel it is your age group that is at that point that wants to know, but do not know where to go.
