My favorite Holiday of all time HALLOWEEN! For centuries we Satanists, Pagans, Wiccans, and Luciferians have been underattacked (I'm not complaining by any means whatsoever) by society and other religions. What I'd like to know is what is your favorite holiday? (if you have one). Another one of my fav Holidays is Walupugism (Yes I spelled that incorrectly). My most fav holiday is My Birthday! I don't celebrate any right hand path religious holidays considering I'm a Satanist for one thing and two I don't believe in any of that BULL***T. Eric the following is to you and the rest of the members of MySatan. I was thinking that maybe if we can aim towards Next Year (2010) Halloween to have a Satanic Festival or something of that sort. ALL LHP Followers are invited. This plan that I though of is NOT official considering I didn't consult with Rev. Eric first (which Rev I apologize for that but I just wanted to get everyone's opinions on this topic for next year). As for age limitations if you are under the age of drinking alcohol beverages then YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS! NO ONE ELSE IS! Anyways tell me what you think about that little plan I had in mind and again if you want tell me what is your fav Holiday? HAIL SATAN!

Ooh, yea I would say I enjoy halloween, in fact last year I even went trick or treating under the pretence of taking my lil neices and nephew. I had dressed all gangsta and I had amassed a load of candy that night, which i ate most of while watching horror movies. That sounds like a nice idea.

My #1 would be my Birthday. Halloween is up there too, it's so much fun. We also celebrate the Solstices and Equinoxes here, and they are a HELL of a good time. Every 3 months my friends come from all over, to indulge and have a good time together. For the Fall Equinox, this year we will be going to Boise, if plans work out. This is a tradition I created many years ago, and as I have acquired friends along the way, they keep coming back for more. They're actually events people look forward too, take time off from work for, and bring their friends. I have celebrated these times of the year for so long, it's now expected. I have had anywhere between 2 and 82 people attend. The one criteria I insist upon, at these gatherings, is that NO utensils are to be used, during the feast. It's fun, primal in a sense, and makes for a good time. We also shoot for having a bon fire in the evening also, so people can chill and chat. Just a thought for you to ponder.
I don't see the need to have a Satanic Festival, as I have them going on all the time here. This is how I roll.

You do know that many of those "right hand path" holidays, such as Easter and Christmas (Ostara and Yule), were derived from Paganism, right? This essentially places them in an area that can be interpreted as Left Hand. But yes, Halloween has always been great, especially once I started celebrating the end of October as Samhein with group ritual. However, I no longer live in Phoenix so I'm going to have to do something about that group thing...

So many of us celebrate Samhein or Halloween at or around October 31st. Regardless of what type of Satanism we claim I must admit I still love dressing up on Halloween. Normally my workplace permits it (instructing Chinese Kenpo while dressed up as Darth Maul was the SHIT) and I was curious if anyone else here will be taking on the likeness of anything interesting. Honestly I've been Darth Maul a few times already, but every year I acquire more and more of the costume. So I may end up going with that. Anyone else?
